Our dog Buddy developed an awful limp, he ended up carrying his back leg & was loosing muscle mass. Our Vet suggested we put him down, assuming it was Cancer. I know the magic of chiropractic and the amazing benefits so I called & scheduled with Dr Mainord. Buddy is now running & actually sitting square on his pelvis after 2 adjustments! We love OHP! I started seeing Holly for reflexology towards the end of my pregnancy, and it was incredible. My husband saw Sherri for MFR, and it was the cure for his constant back pain when nothing else worked. Our baby boy has been seeing Dr. Mainord for adjustments since he was ten days old, and we’ve seen so many benefits. We just love everyone at OHP! Even the office staff feel like family when we go in. If you’re considering any of their services, just do it! You won’t regret it.

I was in significant pain and discomfort and couldn't get my lower back out of a very bad cycle. It was affecting my work and my ability to physically train. A close friend referred me (strongly suggested that I go, actually) to Dr. Eason and Dr. Eason came in on his time off to see me. He spent an amazing amount of time with me, fully listened, and then worked to start to find the issue(s). 24 hours later and I feel the best I have felt in the last 5 weeks. Dr. Eason isn't a miracle worker, but whatever comes pretty close to that -- he helped get me back to a high level of functioning in short order, gave me homework to start to address some systemic issues, and gave me hope other than eventual surgery. This office was clean, well managed, office staff was very helpful and kind. Overall, a very professional and great consumer experience. I can't say how grateful I am except by saying I made a return appointment for the following week without hesitation and I am not a doctor/healthcare kind of person.

You can see Dr. Mainord’s expertise at work from the moment he begins assessing you until he as you feeling better. His approach to treatment and the things he advises you to do make so much sense and best of all, they work. He never fails to have me back to living my life in no time. The laser treatment that is available at Dr. Mainord’s office is great to help speed up healing! Also, a new practitioner who is now part of the team at Optimal is Dr. Trevor Eason. Dr. Eason is a functional neurologist he and treats the whole person. He is very thorough and takes his time to get a complete understanding of what is needed. I feel very fortunate to have found him!

Jessica Hunsucker's nutrition services changed my life as she was able to provide answers and results I've spent YEARS looking for. All massage therapists are phenomenal and help keep me healthy and active. You honestly can't go wrong with these guys!

Absolutely love Dr. Mainord. Went to a couple chiropractors about problems with back pain. No one was able to help out. Finally found Dr. Mainord from a friend who recommended him. He solved my problem within just a few visits!!! He is the only chiropractor I will ever see!!!
